The Gut Zoomer Testing Package

Acne, bloating, constipation, loose stools, and inflammation are often connected to things happening in the gut like certain bacteria, parasites, gut lining health, inflammation markers, and even the gut-brain signals tied to mood and stress.

What's the difference between the GI Map and the Gut Zoomer?

Both are at-home stool tests that give us a deep read on your gut, and both look at immune function, anti-gliadin IgA, occult blood, and beta-glucuronidase for detox. The difference is depth.

The Gut Zoomer goes wider almost everywhere. It names individual probiotic strains instead of lumping them together, so we see exactly which good bacteria you're low in. It picks up more pathogens, tests 7 inflammation markers to GI Map's 2, 8 digestion markers to GI Map's 2, plus bile acid metabolites, stool pH, and zonulin every time (GI Map charges extra for zonulin and doesn't do pH).

The one thing GI Map does that the Gut Zoomer doesn't is test H pylori virulence factors. That matters if you already know H pylori is an issue for you and we want to see how aggressive it might be. For most people, the Gut Zoomer's wider picture is the more useful starting point.

GI Map is a bit cheaper with less detail. Gut Zoomer costs more and gives us more to work with.

Is this covered by insurance or HSA/FSA?

Insurance isn't accepted, but the test is HSA and FSA eligible, so you may be able to use those funds.

Are there any shipping restrictions?

Just one. If you live in New York, please email support@katiestewartwellness.com before you order. Everywhere else, you're good. The Gut Zoomer ships internationally, including the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and more.

Do I need to go anywhere to do the test?

Nope. It's all done from home. Your kit ships to your door, you collect your sample at home on your own time, and you mail it back in the prepaid envelope. No lab visit, no appointment, no sitting in a waiting room.
