Do I need to buy a lot of supplements?
No supplement overload. We start with food foundations, digestion, and simple daily habits first.
I do share optional recommendations for gentle digestive support if it makes sense for you, but theyâre supportive add-ons, not the main focus.
What if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
Breastfeeding: 100% yes. The nutrition, supplement and lifestyle steps are supportive for you and baby.
Pregnant: The food guidelines are totally supportive for mom + baby, too. Double-check any supplements with your healthcare provider first (ex. generally probiotics under 25B CFUs are considered best for pregnancy, so look for a maternity-specific option).
